WatchWe have seen throughout our trip that many families get around using the motor-scooter, here is an example from Siem Reap. It is not uncommon to see 4-5 people on a scooter at once.

WatchHere’s a quick video from an amazing waterfall that the captain pulled up to along the sound…incredible. Amazing sidenote, the captian was able to get us so close to the waterfall due to the canyon-like struture of the sound. Because there is no continental shelf, the boat was sitting on top of 1600 feet of water, even as we pulled in this close to the edge.

WatchJessalyn and I were lucky enough to go swimming with the Dusky Dolphins of Kiokoura. After a 40 minute boat ride we pulled up to a pod of literally hundreds of Dusky Dolphins swimming and playfully jumping out of the ocean. Everyone else jumped in to swim with the Dusky’s, but since we were the last ones to sign up and still on the wait list, we needed at least 2 of the 13 other passengers...
WatchTooch driving on the opposite side of the road with the shift on the opposite side for the first time! Thankfully we were only driving on the major highway through Auckland :)
